At EDGE we understand the importance of the design transfer to manufacture, to successfully move products into the marketplace. Using our Configuration Management documentation control system, and in conjunction with proven partners such as Cygnus Manufacturing, we provide a seamless segue from the design process into the final product.
EDGE can create prototypes or pilot runs of twenty or more systems, and production ranges from small system runs of under 100/year (requiring extensive use of simple tooling and fabrication) to high volume runs of thousands of units. We have established focused, strategic relationships in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing (CM), and medical device and single use disposable manufacturing.
